Further Leave to Remain
Warner Pride can assist you with your Further Leave to Remain (FLR) application regardless of visa type. We will also guarantee your application, after an initial assessment, which means if we assist you with your application and your application is refused, we will refund 150% of our visa service fee – guaranteed!
Whenever you make an application in the United Kingdom to change and visa or extend a visa you will also have to make an application for Further Leave to Remain.
Most application you will make will include the Further Leave to Remain application as part of the process. For example, if you make an application to extend a student visa you are in effect making a Further Leave to Remain application as a student.
For Tier 1 (General) application extensions, the Further Leave to Remain is also part of the process and you will not be required to make a separate application. However, under the Tier 2 applications, if you change employers or your employer extends your Certificate of Sponsorship (work permit), you will need to make a separate application for Further Leave to Remain.
