What We Do

Warner Pride is not a law firm, and therefore, we are not confined by the bureaucracies and cost structures found within such entities. For example we do not charge a fee based on every six minutes of work we do for our client, which is the typical method of charging by a law firm. Also, we do not charge for making photocopies of documents, which is another disbursement that is not easy for you to control. In fact, we do not charge disbursement fees at all; all of our fees are fixed.

A typical law firm is likely to provide a multitude of services, such as litigation, or writing a will, one day, and conveyancing or a dispute about a neighbour's dog, the next day. And, although a law firm can provide immigration services simply because they are a law firm, it does not mean that a law firm is an immigration expert. Therefore, we recommend great care should be taken when choosing a service provider to meet your immigration needs.

To use an analogy, a brain surgeon and coronary surgeon are both specialist doctors with years of specialist training, but would you really choose a brain surgeon to operate on you if you had a heart attack?

Our Clients

We work with two types of clients, corporate and private clients, both of whom need our undivided care, attention and respect. When we work with our corporate client we remember that we have a duty of care to their organisation, as well as to the people within that organisation. When we work with our private clients, there is often more than one person involved on the client’s side, which could include the client’s family.

Our role is to listen, understand, give advice and guidance and genuinely care for the results we achieve for our clients', and ultimately to nurture our clients’ aspirations or needs to a successful outcome. This care is one of the reasons why our staff do not have sales targets; they have quality targets to enable them to think solely about our clients’ needs and not if they have billed enough this month.This is a significantly different business model designed to benefit our clients.

Ultimately, because our experts provide a human approach to caring for and meeting our clients’ needs, and exceeding their expectations, and because  they are not being transfixed by meeting a minimum billable target per month, our business has grown via referrals from happy clients.

The services we provide are not considered mainstream by many; however, the more companies explore the opportunities open to them by adopting alternative approaches to recruitment, the more we are called in to advise and to provide clear strategic, yet alternative, solutions.

• working with organisations with their initial application to obtain a UK Border Agency Sponsor Licence with an ‘A’ Rating
• working with organisations who have been granted a ‘B’ Rating to ensure they are awarded an ‘A’ Rating

• working with organisations as an outsourced HR services company via Warner Pride’s Human Resources Service division
