Corporate Responsibility
We have built upon our reputation for providing outstanding service by managing our corporate responsibility professionally. We believe our responsibilities to our personnel, corporate clients, private clients and community is a must. We believe this ethos should be the norm for all business types and institutions regardless of their size and location.
Our Approach
Corporate responsibility has become a mainstream business activity. Growing regulatory requirements, a greater emphasis on corporate governance and the demands of stakeholders are encouraging businesses to manage their wider impact on society.
To Warner Pride International, our corporate responsibility is an expression of our identity and an integral part of how we do business. Our challenge is to ensure that we express our values in a manner relevant to today's and tomorrow's corporate responsibility agenda, ensuring we can demonstrate that the EdGuru and Warner Pride International way of doing business is inherently responsible.
Stakeholders
We have identified the following groups as stakeholders:
- corporate clients
- private parents
- employees
- suppliers
- the wider community
Stakeholder Performance
We constantly review our performance to our stakeholders with regard to our own responsibilities to each of them. We also try to steer our stakeholders to work towards a shared responsibility platform, and although we do not have the power to 'press' our stakeholder, we believe our views and idealisms has helped to bring a few of our stakeholders to adopt a more responsible attitude towards corporate and individual responsibility.
Governance Programme
The Values & Principles Committee, a senior committee of the Board, oversees the delivery of our corporate responsibility goals. It is responsible for approving our overall approach and monitoring progress.
The committee is chaired by Gary Bland our Founder and Chairman.
The objective of this programme is to ensure that, across our business, we embed effective procedures and processes to identify, improve, and communicate our social, ethical, and environmental performance. Our intention is to put in place processes that, as they develop, will contribute to our vision of being the most successful education and immigration Services Company and a leader in corporate governance regardless of the size of company.
“Those who have the ability to change the world for the better have a responsibility to change the world for the better”.
