Our Values Our Style
When our perspective Employee Stakeholders meet with us for the first time they are introduced to our values by the welcome they receive when they first enter the building. They are greeted in a courteous manner and helped to feel as comfortable as possible at a time when they are likely to be quite nervous. When the interview is completed they receive information about Warner Pride including our Values and Ethics. When an Employee Stakeholder joins us they receive an Employee Handbook, which lists the following values on which these Standards & Ethical Principles are based:
- we serve our customers - by being transparent , innovative, responsive to their needs, and by meeting our obligations
- we value our people - by listening to them, hearing what they say, and providing constructive praise or feedback
- training and recognising outstanding contributions to the business and other Employee Stakeholders, and by valuing and rewarding them for the diligence, professionalism, and loyalty
- we operate with integrity - by treating all of our Stakeholders in a transparent, fair and honest manner, as we would want to be treated ourselves
- we contribute to our community - by establishing employment opportunities and business opportunities for people and businesses within the local community
- by using the talents of our local community we also have a small but valuable effect on the local eco-system by reducing emissions.
We expect our stakeholders to conduct themselves in accordance with the core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for people and the environment. Our stakeholders include our employees (and their families), our clients, our suppliers and our community - they will be the final judges as to whether we has delivered on our core values, as well as their own.
Our Style
We expect our Employee Stakeholders to adopt and practice the following behaviours to demonstrate and reinforce their commitment to our values and these Standards & Ethical Principles:
- lead by example
- conduct our personal and professional life in a manner that will bring credit to us, our family, and our company at all times
- operate as a promoter and champion of ethical behaviour, and to be seen as a benchmark leader as individuals and as a business
- create and maintain an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect
- encourage every team member to take risks, exercise initiative, deliver quality results, and never be afraid to make honest mistakes
- create a supportive environment that nurtures personal and professional growth
- do what we say we're going to do and then do more than is expected,and finally;
- be proud of being a part of building a great company other people want to work for and with, and to have a great deal of fun doing it.
